Arrange the page list, check the final order, then export. Your source file remains unchanged.
No file selected.
Add a file to start arranging pages.
You can also check pages in the list. Positions refer to the current list and are renumbered after each edit.
The move position is counted after removing selected pages; enter 1 to move them to the beginning.
Limits: encrypted PDFs and interactive forms are unsupported. Copying pages can affect bookmarks, internal links, annotations, attachments, and accessibility structure; modifying a signed file can invalidate its certificate signature.
Clear steps and useful tools, from choosing your files to getting the job done.
Reorder, rotate, duplicate, remove, or insert blank pages. Undo changes and confirm the sequence before export.
Keep reading, printing, or sharing after export. Tools produce PDFs, images, text, spreadsheets, or ZIP files as appropriate. Review important documents in your usual reader.
No app to install and no account to create. Use a computer, tablet, or phone, with file-size and page limits clearly listed in each tool.
Focused on one task, with a clearer path from start to finish.

Practical instructions, file limits, and what to check in your result.
A PDF can contain the right information in the wrong order. A scanner may put a receipt before its cover sheet, turn a landscape page sideways, or include an accidental blank. This organize PDF pages tool lets you describe the final sequence before exporting a new file. Move pages, delete unwanted ones, duplicate a page or group, insert blanks, rotate selected pages in 90-degree steps, or reverse the entire document. The source PDF remains unchanged. The page list is an ordering plan, and you can undo edits or reset it before generating the result.
These operations are grouped in one place because they often form a single task. A scan might need page 4 moved to the front, page 2 deleted, and page 3 rotated. Doing each operation in a separate tool would make it harder to check the whole sequence. Here you can read the current output position, original source position, page size, and rotation together. The list does not display a full visual thumbnail, so open the final PDF in a reader to inspect its actual content before submitting it.
1-3,5 instead of checking cards one by one. Recheck the list after every action because positions are renumbered. To move one page by one step, select Up or Down beside it. To move a group, select the current page positions and choose “Move selected pages to a position.” The destination number is counted in the list after removing the selected pages. Enter 1 to move the group to the start, or a later valid position to place it farther down. The selected pages keep their relative order. For example, if you select current pages 2 and 4, moving the group to the start places page 2 before page 4, followed by the unselected pages in their original relative order.
“Duplicate selected pages” creates copies as one group immediately after the last selected original. If you select pages 1 and 3 from a four-page list, the new order is original 1, 2, 3, copy of 1, copy of 3, original 4. This rule is deliberate, so copies from nonadjacent selections do not unexpectedly appear in separate places. The copies point to the same source page content, but become separate output pages. Use the final list to confirm their positions before export.
Deleting selected pages removes them from the planned output, never from the source file. The tool refuses to delete every page because a zero-page PDF would not be a useful result. If you choose the wrong range, undo the deletion. “Reverse all” flips the entire current page list from last to first, including any copies and blanks you have already inserted. It does not flip the writing on a page or change individual page rotation. You can undo the reverse separately from earlier edits.
Choose one or more current positions and rotate left or right by 90 degrees. The rotation is stored in the exported PDF page, rather than merely changing how this browser displays it during the session. A page already rotated 90 degrees will become 180 degrees after another right rotation, and repeated turns wrap around. Rotation affects how the page is displayed; the underlying page dimensions remain the same. For a landscape scan, check the resulting orientation in a reader because the tool cannot determine whether the text was originally scanned sideways or upside down.
Insert blank pages after selected positions when you need a separator, a writing space, or a place to maintain an odd/even print sequence. Selecting three positions inserts three blanks, one after each selected page. “Match neighboring page size and orientation” uses each selected page's dimensions and current rotation. You can instead choose A4, Letter, or Legal for a uniform blank. The new page has no inherited text or image. If the print workflow depends on duplex alignment, review both the blank and the pages on either side; a blank inserted in the wrong position can shift every later front/back pair.
The browser worker copies the source pages specified by the plan and creates any blank pages. It does not rasterize every source page into an image. This helps keep existing text and scans at their original resolution. The output is reopened in the processor to check its page count, each page's width and height, and the stored rotation. Those checks catch a missing or unexpectedly resized page, but they cannot prove that every document-level feature still works.
Bookmarks and internal links can point to page objects or locations that are no longer in the same position after reordering or deletion. Comments, attachments, accessibility tags, and interactive behaviors also require separate attention. This tool does not promise to update a bookmark tree or repair links after a move. It rejects interactive form PDFs because copied pages might look correct while their fields no longer work. A certificate-backed signature may be invalidated when the document changes. If any of those features are essential, use a PDF reader to test the downloaded result or an approved specialist workflow.
Files are read through the browser's local file interface and processed in a worker on this page. The tool does not upload your document to a processing API. It creates a temporary Blob link for download and clears that link when the plan changes. The website may still make ordinary network requests for its own code, styles, and fonts; local document processing does not imply that the entire site works offline.
The limits are 30 MB per source file, 200 source pages, and 250 planned output pages. These are practical limits for this browser implementation, not PDF format limits. Duplicating pages may increase output size, especially if the same large resources are copied into separate places. Complex scans can consume more memory than their file size suggests. If a task approaches a device's capacity, organize a smaller source section and inspect the intermediate result before combining it with other work.
Use Up and Down or select pages and move them to a destination position. Check the current output order in the list, then create and download the new PDF. The original file is not overwritten. Moving pages does not automatically rewrite visible page numbers printed on their content.
Yes. Check the relevant cards or enter a current-position range such as 4-6,9, then choose Delete. The plan updates immediately and can be undone. At least one page must remain in the planned output.
Some PDF readers have a temporary “rotate view” command. This tool's rotate action writes the selected page rotation into a new PDF when you export. Open the download in another reader to confirm the orientation was saved as intended.
Copies are inserted together after the last selected original, in the selected pages' current order. The list shows each resulting output position and its source page number, so you can move the copies again if a different placement is needed.
The default matches the selected neighboring page's physical size and rotation. Choose A4, Letter, or Legal if a standard blank is more suitable. A blank after each selected page counts toward the 250-page output limit.
Bookmark and link behavior is not guaranteed after copying or moving pages. A bookmark can refer to a deleted page or a location that has moved. Test each important bookmark and internal link in the downloaded file. The tool does not claim to rebuild navigation structures automatically.
